Motorcyclist from out of town seriously injured in Glenmore crash

KELOWNA – An Alberta man was seriously injured in a motorcycle crash in Kelowna last night.

The rider, in his early 50s, was northbound on Glenmore Road around 7:30 p.m., July 18, when his bike went off the road into a ditch.

The exact cause has not been determined but his injuries were serious enough he was rushed to Kelowna General Hospital, according to a RCMP media release.

An investigation in ongoing but at this time no other vehicles are believed to have been involved, police say.
