KAMLOOPS - Kamloops residents will see a slight improvement in weather conditions for the next couple of days, but it is not expected to last as the remainder of the week is expected to be cool and wet.

Today, Sept. 17, expect sunny skies with cloudy periods and a 40 per cent chance of showers. Today’s anticipated high of 16 Celsius is five degrees below normal for this time of year.

Tomorrow will see mainly cloudy skies and a high of 17 C, with Wednesday much the same with a high of 18 C.

It’s back to clouds, showers and cool temperatures for the rest of the week with a 60 per cent chance of rain on Thursday and Friday, and a high of around 15 C both days.
