More than 1,000 Lake Country residents are without power

More than 1,100 Lake Country residents have their lights out this morning due to a power outage of unknown origin.

The outage is the area of North of Oceola Road, East of McFarlane Road, South of Lake Hill Way, West of Pelmewash Parkway and the cause is under investigation.

According to B.C. Hydro, power went out at 6:29 a.m. and will be on site at 8:20 a.m.
