VERNON – RCMP are asking for the public’s help to find a missing 62-year-old Vancouver man who may be in the Vernon area.

RCMP say Brent Galster was last seen using an ATM in downtown Vernon in December 2017.

Officers have followed up on several leads and possible sightings since Galster’s disappearance but he is still missing, according to an RCMP media release.

Friends and family say it is out of character for him to be out of contact for this long and police are very concerned for his well-being.

RCMP describe Galster as a 62-year-old Caucasian man, 5’10” tall and 150 lbs. with grey hair and green eyes.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact their local police, remain anonymous by calling Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or leaving a tip online here.
