KELOWNA - The Michael McDonald concert scheduled for this weekend at Mission Hill Winery in Kelowna has been cancelled.

"We have just been informed that Michael McDonald has come down with a viral infection while on tour that has impacted his singing. Despite his best efforts to push through, he regretfully has to cancel his show this Sunday, July 21 at Mission Hill," reads a notice from the winery.

"Michael McDonald is very disappointed to be unable to perform this Sunday and we are actively working with him to reschedule the concert for a later date in August."

More information will be made available Monday, July 22, at which point Mission Hill will either transfer tickets to the August show or a full refund from Select Your Tickets will be issued.

To contact Mission HIll email info@missionhillwinery.com or call 250-768-6400.
