Encana Corp. (TSX:ECA). Oil and gas. Up 19 cents, or 1.83 per cent, to $10.55 on 6.1 million shares.
Trican Well Service Ltd. (TSX:TCW). Oil and gas. Unchanged at $1.75 on 5.8 million shares.
Baytex Energy Corp. (TSX:BTE). Oil and gas. Up 13 cents, or 2.05 per cent, to $6.48 on 5.1 million shares.

Canada's fourth-largest bank has moved to grow its U.S. mergers and acquisitions business through an agreement to purchase Minneapolis-based advisory firm Green Holcomb Fisher for an undisclosed price. The boutique M&A advisory firm will become part of BMO Capital Markets.
