VERNON - Like many introverts Chico can be shy around new people but seems to warm up once he gets to know you.

Chelsea Taylor, branch manager of the Vernon SPCA, says she is unsure if he has been around other pets or children but Chico seems like he could adjust if given slow introductions.

As a senior cat, Chico is low-energy and will need to have his weight monitored.

For more information about Chico contact the staff at the Vernon SPCA. His animal ID number is 374509.

Visit the shelter's webpage for more information such as location, adoption fees and hours of operation.
