Meet Bailey.

Bailey came into the Vernon BC SPCA shelter as a stray after being hit by a car and rushed to a vet.

The shelter staff helped him recover from his wounds and looked for his owner, but no one came to claim this handsome fella. His recovery is going well and now it's time for a new home and a new chapter in his life.

Bailey is a very smart boy and is eager to show you his tricks. He still has some cuts and bumps and is only able to go on short walks for the time being, however this energetic dog will have lots of energy to burn off when he is back to 100%.

Bailey is a little nervous around new people and it takes him a bit of time to warm up, especially with men. Once he does know you he turns into the goofball staff at the Vernon SPCA have grown to love.

This big hearted boy is looking for a forever family, if that might be you inquire with a staff member at the Vernon shelter.

Bailey's animal ID is 372403.
