PENTICTON -  Spooky is waiting for adoption at the South Okanagan/Similkameen shelter.

Because Spooky arrived at the SPCA as a stray, the shelter doesn't know a lot about his history.

"His name may be Spooky, but he is more sweet than anything," according to the South Okanagan/Similkameen shelter staff.

He is an approximately eight-month-old brown tabby that is an amazing cuddler.

Staff says that "if cuddling was a professional sport, Spooky would be a star athlete."

Spooky is ready to find his forever home and shower his new family with affection. The shelter does warn that if you come in to meet him he will steal your heart.

If you think you'd like to add Spooky to your home or if you are interested in meeting him, please contact or stop by the South Okanagan/Similkameen Shelter. You can submit an adoption application by email to penticton@spca.bc.ca or in person to 2200 Dartmouth Drive. Spooky's animal ID is 447453. For more information, you can visit the website.
