Last leg of Kiss farewell tour includes B.C. concert

Kiss has announced the stops the band will make on the last leg of its North American farewell tour over half of those shows will be in Canada.

The last of the 17 concerts, which kick off in October in Texas, will be at Madison Square Garden in New York at the end of 2023.

“Kiss was born in New York City. On 23rd Street. Half a century ago. It will be a privilege and honour to finish touring at Madison Square Garden, 10 blocks and 50 years from where we first started,” said the band in a statement.

The nine Canadian stops include Rogers Arena in Vancouver, Nov. 8, Rogers Place in Edmonton, Nov. 10, and Scotiabank Saddledome in Calgary, Nov. 12.

You could also head to Seattle, Nov. 6, to catch the rockers at Climate Pledge Arena.

The band is currently made up of original members Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons as well as Eric Singer and Tommy Thayer.

Their best-known songs include “Rock and Roll All Nite,” "I Was Made for Lovin’ You" and “Detroit Rock City.”

Tickets will go on sale to the public on March 10 at Live Nation.
