West Shore Mountie killed in early morning car crash

LANGFORD - A West Shore Mountie involved in a serious car crash while on duty in Langford early this morning has died.

Police are not releasing the officer’s name while investigators continue to examine the fatal crash. 

A media release from the detachment says multiple notifications are underway and no further information will be released until an 11 a.m. press conference today, April 5.
