Kelso Technologies posts loss of $686,000 in first quarter

NORTH DELTA, British Columbia (AP) _ Kelso Technologies Inc. (KIQ) on Wednesday reported a first-quarter loss of $686,000, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.

On a per-share basis, the North Delta, British Columbia-based company said it had a loss of 1 cent.

The railroad equipment supplier posted revenue of $1.9 million in the period.

The company's shares closed at 95 cents. A year ago, they were trading at $4.33.
