Kelowna RCMP want to reunite a diamond ring with its owner

Kelowna RCMP want to reunite a multi-diamond engagement ring with its owner.

On Dec. 27, someone found an engagement ring and decided to drop it off at the Kelowna RCMP detachment after failing to find the owner through social media, according to an RCMP press release.

“This ring obviously has great meaning to its owner and appears to be well worn and valuable. The Kelowna RCMP would like to reunite this ring with its rightful home,” Cst. Mike Della-Paolera, media relations officer with the Kelowna RCMP, said in the release.

“The ring is very distinct and has a word stamped on the inside."

RCMP will hold the ring for 90 days and wait for its rightful owner to come claim it.

If the ring is yours head down to the Kelowna RCMP detachment at 1190 Richter Street with some way to prove it’s yours.
