Kelowna RCMP are searching for witnesses to an incident at the Queensway bus loop that left a person injured.
Police responded to a report about an injured person at the bus loop around 9:30 p.m. on March 16, according to a press release.
The person was taken to hospital to treat their injury.
"The scene of the incident was originally secured for examination but was released to the public at about midnight," Sgt. Judith Bertrand said in the release. “The investigation is still unfolding but at this time it is believed to be an isolated incident.”
Police are asking anyone who might have witnessed this incident to contact Kelowna RCMP at 250-762-3300, or remain anonymous by contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or online.
