Kelowna RCMP has released a video of a man who allegedly ran up to a woman and "grabbed her in an inappropriate manner" on Nov. 28.

The incident happened just before 5 p.m. in the area of Dodd Road and Bach Road, when the unknown man approached the victim and two others she was walking with that evening.

He was last seen around Hemlock Road and described as thin, Caucasian and about 6' tall. He wearing a black non-medical mask, grey jacket with the hoop up, and blue jeans at the time.

The victim was not injured in the attack, but was "extremely shaken", according to the RCMP press statement.
