Kelowna RCMP looking for owner of lost Rolex watch

A Rolex was found and brought to the Kelowna RCMP detachment in hopes of reuniting it with its owner.

On Dec. 22, a good samaritan brought the watch to the counter of the Kelowna RCMP Detachment after having found it outside the 1300 block of Water Street, downtown Kelowna, according to a media release.

"Rolex watches are known for their high value, and the Kelowna RCMP would like to reunite this watch with its rightful owner,” Const. Mike Della-Paolera, Media Relations Officer with the Kelowna RCMP, said in the release. “It appears this one was well cared for and the owner may not be aware it’s missing."

The owner of this watch should visit the front counter of the Kelowna RCMP Detachment at 1190 Richter Street with evidence of ownership or the ability to positively identify it.

The watch will be held for 90 days as the owner is awaited to come forward.
