The Kelowna RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance to help solve these crimes.

On April 19, a man walked into a store on the 2400 block of Highway 97 Nand left with the store’s cash register drawer, according to Crime Stoppers in a weekly unsolved crime report.

The man drove away in a full-sized white truck that was towing a black trailer containing a recreational vehicle, according to Crime Stoppers.

The suspect is described as a slim Caucasian man with short light brown hair, approximately 5-foot-10 wearing a black jacket, light coloured blue jeans, black running shoes, a black baseball cap and an orange watch.

The RCMP is also searching for suspects involved in vandalism incidents that occurred in February.

“Police are hoping to identify two men caught on several surveillance cameras tagging multiple properties and parking pedestals in the downtown area.  The pair meander through the 200 block of Leon Avenue from Water Street to City Park around 1 a.m. on February 15.

“One man, the actual tagger, is wearing a black hoody with a white logo on the side and back and the other (man) acts as a lookout.  The graffiti tag is ‘NEBS,’” according to Crime Stoppers.

You can help catch these suspects and qualify for a reward by calling Crime Stoppers’ anonymous tips line at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or by visiting the Crime Stoppers website.
