KELOWNA – Two men and two woman are facing charges after police arrested them in Kelowna with drugs and weapons in a stolen vehicle yesterday.

Officers seized several cans of bear spray, a collapsable baton, suspected cocaine, suspected methamphetamine, and equipment and packaging "consistent with illegal drug use and trafficking," Cpl. Jesse O’Donaghey says in a media release.

Police received a report of a suspicious vehicle parked in the 1600 block of Water Street yesterday, Feb. 1. A quick check showed the black 2006 Ford F-150 had been reported stolen on Jan. 25 from the North Okanagan.

O'Donaghey says a 28-year-old North Okanagan man, a 26-year-old Kelowna woman and a 20-year-old West Kelowna woman all face potential charges and were released from custody. They are expected to appear in court at a later date.

A 26-year-old Prince George man is facing potential property and breach-related charges. He had several outstanding arrest warrants and was held in custody for a court appearance today, Feb. 2.
