CENTRAL OKANAGAN - Three candidates battling it out for the Kelowna-Lake Country federal riding will square off in a candidates forum next month.
The Kelowna Chamber of Commerce says it has invited Conservative incumbent Ron Cannan, New Democrat Norah Bowman and Liberal Stephen Fuhr to a federal candidates forum.
The forum will allow the three to make a presentation and take questions from the audience.
Time will also be given to discussion of party platforms and other issues of interest.
The chamber says it is non-partisan and not endorsing any particular candidate or party, but rather helping their members get to know the candidates and their positions.
It is scheduled for 7:30 a.m. Friday, Sept. 25 at the Manteo Resort. Cost is $35 or $25 for Chamber members.
You must register for tickets or call 250-469-7350 before 4 p.m. September 23.
