Kamloops or Kelowna, which city is more generous?

Kamloops is the most generous city in Canada, say the people behind GoFundMe.

The popular fundraising site ranked the most generous Canadian cities with a population of at least 50,000, based on the number of donations per capita raised for campaigns.

The other most generous cities in Canada are also from B.C. Rounding out the Top 5 are Chilliwack, Kelowna, Nanaimo and Victoria.

When it comes to countries, Canada is the fourth most generous, with Ireland being the most giving, then it's the U.S. and Australia is hot on its heels.

Other fun facts include that Thursday is the most popular day of the week to donate, Tuesday the most popular day to create an account and there were 834 fundraisers created in Canada that mention hockey.

And the most prolific donor in Canada gave 91 times to 78 fundraisers.
