KAMLOOPS - Kamloops was recently featured in an article out of the U.S. as one of 11 under-the-radar cities worth exploring in Canada.
The Tournament Capital is described by The Manuel as a city worth checking out all year round.
“The city itself is surrounded by hills that are great for sledding or mountain biking. There’s even a relatively new wine boom in the valley as well where you can sip your way through the Kamloops Wine Trail,” the article states.
Some of the other cities that made the list include St. John’s, N.L., Brandon, Man., Thunder Bay, Ont. and Saskatoon, Sask.
