Kamloops gas drops under $1 a litre, making it one of the cheapest in B.C.

Both Kamloops city council and the Regional District Thompson-Nicola board have said no to climate change warning labels on gas pumps.

Kamloops has some of the cheapest gas in the province.

Prices for regular gas are $94.9 cents per litre at the Kamloops Costco gas station, according to Gas Buddy.

Gas prices at other locations in the city range from $94.9 to $100.9 cents a litre.

In the Okanagan, gas prices are well over a litre. In Kelowna, prices average around $112.9 cents a litre.

In Penticton, prices range from $108.9 to $110.9 cents a litre. In February, the city had the cheapest gas in the province.

Vernon’s prices are a little cheaper, sitting at $107.9, according to Gas Buddy.

Prince George currently has the cheapest gas in B.C. with one station's prices sitting at $87.9 cents a litre.
