An Oct. 24 flight that landed in Kamloops has been listed on the B.C. Centre for Disease Control’s COVID-19 exposure page and everybody on board is expected to self-monitor for symptoms for 14 days.
Air Canada flight 8198, from Vancouver to Kamloops was added to the B.C. Centre for Disease Control page yesterday, Oct. 30.
In addition to that flight was an Oct. 23, Air Canada flight 123 from Toronto to Vancouver an Oct 24 flight Air Canada 215, from Calgary to Vancouver, an Oct. 25 flight, Air Canada 248, from Vancouver to Edmonton, an Oct. 25 flight, Air
Canada 855 from London to Vancouver, and an Oct. 28 flight, Air Canada 551, from Los Angeles to Vancouver.
Passengers seated near a case of COVID-19 who was recognized after arrival will no longer be directly notified of their potential exposure.
Instead, that information is posted online.
Where information on affected rows is available, passengers seated in these rows should be considered to be at higher risk of exposure due to their proximity to the case.
