OUTWeek 2019 is drawing to a close at the UBC Okanagan and they're sending it out with a bang. The Well student pub will be hosting naughty bingo starting at 7 p.m. on March 8. The sex-positive event asks for $10 donations from non-students.

Soak in some groundbreaking art at Milkcrate Records on March 8 as they host the grand opening of Rellok's solo exhibit, which blends vivid colours and abstract art. Meet the artist at this free event, which starts at 6:30 p.m.

Get ready to lay the smackdown as Lake City Bowling and Billiards hosts Big West Wrestling's "Got Beef?" show on March 8 at 7:30 p.m. Ace Redmann squares off against Elliott Tyler in a lumberjack match in the main event. Tickets are $7 in advance and $10 at the door. Email bigwestwrestling@me.com for ticket information.

The Oscars ceremony has a rich history of music. Explore these tunes at the Kelowna Community Theatre on March 8 as the Okanagan Symphony Orchestra performs a series of Academy Award-approved songs. Melina Schein and Justin Moore will be singing as special guests. Get tickets here.

Get moving with the Relay for Life at the UBC Okanagan Engineering Management and Education building on March 9. The 12-hour walk-a-thon raises money for the Canadian Cancer Society. The walking starts at 6 p.m. and lasts until 6 a.m., so be well-rested before you go. Sign up here.

The Kelowna Rockets will battle the Kamloops Blazers in home game action on March 9 at Prospera Place. Puck drops at 7:05 p.m.

Looking for laughs with a purpose? Head to Dakoda's Sports Bar and Grill on March 9 for Comedy for a Cause for Foundry, an evening of stand-up comedy hosted by Andrew Crone where all proceeds raised will go to Foundry Kelowna. The show starts at 7 p.m.

Kick off spring with Seedy Sunday on March 10 at the Parkinson Recreation Centre. Local organic seed growers will be sharing their information and products to people with green thumbs at this annual event. Doors open at 10 a.m.
