KELOWNA - The first Topshop and Topman is coming to the Interior.

Set to open Saturday, May 20, the multinational London-based fashion retailer will be located within the Hudson’s Bay in Orchard Park Shopping Centre.

The popular clothing retail giant has been acclaimed for turning high-end runway fashion into affordable retail items. Among 22 locations in Canada, Topshop’s largest Canadian store, and only other location in B.C., is at the Pacific Centre in Vancouver - which is often crowded.

Topshop is the women’s portion of the store, while Topman is dedicated to men’s fashion.

In total, Topshop Topman will take up 4,000 square feet in Hudson’s Bay; 2,500 just for Topshop.

While most Topshop locations offer a complimentary personal shopping service, it is not clear whether the Kelowna location will include this.

In 2011, the Hudson's Bay purchased full franchise rights in Canada for Topshop and Topman.
