Increased smoke is coming from the Eagle Bluff wildfire this week as temperatures rise and conditions dry out, but fire is well witihin established boundaries of the wildfire, officials say.

PENTICTON - Residents in the South Okanagan may be noticing increased smoke from the Eagle Bluff wildfire this week.
A return to hot, dry conditions has resulted in the return of visible smoke from the Eagle Bluff wildfire this week.
B.C. Wildfire reports smoke will continue to be visible in the coming days as warm, dry conditions persist.
The wildfire has had minimal activity on the east, west and south flanks of the fire while the north flank remains in modified response. It continues to be closely monitored by B.C. Wildfire crews with ground patrols and aerial scans ongoing.
The fire continues to burn well within established control lines and the fire remains classified as being held.
