These high-flying daredevils travel around the world to sky dive in some of the most gorgeous landscapes they can find.

The men who refer to themselves as the “Fluck boys” have now taken to the hills of Kamloops.

The men uploaded a video to their Youtube channel Fluck, which shows adrenaline junkies Frederic Dionne, Phillip van Coller and Stefan Kruger preparing for flight and running into a takeoff. The men glide around the hills of Kamloops, avoiding the odd tree and catching some views of the city below.

Speed flying looks similar to paragliding, but thrill-seekers began the sport as an extension of skiing, according to this speed flying website. Skiers used the modified parachutes to help fly through the air while going down the slopes and referred to it as speed-riding. On the website, speed flying is defined as “flying down snow-free slopes after foot launching with no ground contact until landing.”

The website notes that speed flying can sometimes be dangerous. It says fliers have reached speeds upwards of 100 kilometres an hour, although most who speed fly stay between 35 and 70 kilometres an hour.
