iN VIDEO: Drone captures dizzying views from mountains near Clearwater

The video captured by hiker Don Ehman shows the dizzying views from Raft Mountain, north of Clearwater B.C.

It's not often a photo can really do the beauty of nature justice, but this drone footage from the mountaintops near Clearwater in the North Thompson comes pretty close.

Over the summer, local hiker Don Ehman took five trips to Raft Mountain north of Clearwater to compile an epic video featuring bird's eye views of lakes, waterfalls, meadows and mountaintops.

Raft Mountain sits across the valley from Wells Grey Provincial Park and the Trophy Mountains.

It's a challenging trail, but if the video is any indication, it's worth the climb to the top.
