SALMON ARM — A video of a transport truck squeezing between two other semis on the highway has been make its rounds on social media.
The dashcam footage captures a transport truck passing on a double solid line near Salmon Arm on Highway 1 this past weekend.
The original poster of the video identified the transport truck making the illegal pass as a truck from Stryder Canada, a trucking company based out of Richmond.
The company replied to the video posted to Twitter saying they have identified the driver and have taken him out of service.
“We apologize to everyone affected by this misconduct as it is not reflective of our company’s values or safety policy,” the company says in a tweet.
