KELOWNA - Matt Andersen has a voice that makes people stop and pay attention.
The New Brunswick native has been dazzling audiences and racking up awards with his powerful vocal performances for decades as he's built up his reputation through relentless touring. He's bringing his show to Kelowna later this month for a can't-miss performance.
Andersen's tenth album Halfway Home by Morning is described as 13 tracks of heartfelt folk, rock, soul, rhythm and blues, and pure Americana. He's kicking off the tour for the album in Truro, N.S. on April 10 before travelling across the country to perform at the Kelowna Community Theatre on April 23.
Andersen, who's received a JUNO nomination and several Maple Blue Awards, is noted for his soulful live performances that have dazzled audiences in Canada and America. If you like vocal-driven roots music, the Kelowna Community Theatre is the place to be on April 23.
