IN TWEETS: Okanagan #snowstorm

Some are dealing with the heavy snow with a sense of humour like this tweeter who is measuring the snowfall in beer cans.

OKANAGAN – It isn’t exactly Snowmageddon, but it is one of the largest dumps of snow the Okanagan has received in such a short time in over decade.

The weather prognosticators at Environment Canada are promising an end to the heavy snow by midnight Monday, followed by flurries and clouds for a few days so we can get some major shovelling done.

You would think the people of the valley would be upset with Mother Nature. Not the case if you take a look at Twitter.

We’ve compiled a collection of tweets and it would seem tweeters are mostly amazed and too busy coping with the snowfall to be angry.
