OLIVER - Ever wonder what it feels like to drive on a Formula One racetrack?
A recently posted YouTube video gives viewers a bit of a feel for what it’s like to drive Area 27, the new three mile long Formula One race track recently completed east of Oliver.
Nick Kwan’s video shows a dash cam view of Richard Spenard driving a Porsche 918 on the newest certified F1A track in Canada.
Listen to the tires screech and hear the engine rev in this thrilling film.
By the way, the best lap time in a production car on the track to date is 2:16:62.
