A bright pink sunset had photographers from around the province snapping photos last night and shutterbugs from Kamloops and the Okanagan didn't disappoint.

The setting sun last night, Jan. 15, included pinks and golds that lit up the clear sky, a nice treat to lift spirits in the middle of winter.

Some colours can be seen reflected on local lake surfaces while others dip down behind shadowy hills.
