iN PHOTOS: Return of Penticton Peach Festival draws huge crowds

The sights and sounds of a carnival are always a big part of the Penticton Peach Festival.

The north end of Penticton is extremely vibrant this weekend thanks to the 2022 Penticton Peach Festival – the first since before the pandemic.

Rotary Park has been turned into midway while Okanagan Lake Park became the concert venue, food court and shopping centre.

And the fun's not over yet – Peachfest continues until tomorrow and two of the headlining acts are yet to perform. Rock band Glass Tiger will be playing tonight, Aug. 6 at 9:30 p.m., and pianist Ben Waters is on stage tomorrow at 8 p.m. Both shows are free.

Glass Tiger was booked to perform in 2020 before that show was cancelled because of COVID
