The 62nd annual Vernon Winter Carnival Parade.

Community spirit was strong in Vernon this afternoon during the 62nd annual Winter Carnival Parade.

Horseback riders, service club members and employees of corporate sponsors were all smiles as they made their way through the heart of the city today, Feb. 4.

Carnival festivities began yesterday, Feb. 3 and will continue until Feb. 12.
