Warm temperatures and sunny blue-sky days are expected to continue into October in Kamloops and the Okanagan.
Some Kamloops photographers are taking advantage, snapping and sharing gorgeous landscape shots from around the tournament capital.

The weekly forecast for Kamloops for the next week calls for sunny, clear skies with daytime temperatures hovering between 27 C and 30 C, according to Environment Canada, with nighttime temperatures around 11 C.
Two temperature records were broken the past week in the Southern Interior. Vernon reached a new record of 27.3 C, Sept. 28, beating out the old record set in 1967 of 26.1 C, said Environment Canada meteorologist Yimei Li.

The Cache Creek area near Ashcroft also saw a new record set Sept. 30, with 28.6 C. The old record was set in 1947 with 26.1 C.
“It’s been a pretty dry and warm September and into early October is still warm and dry,” Li said.
