There's no shortage of magical landscapes to photograph in Kamloops and the Okanagan at all seasons of the year, and some captures are so stunning they almost invite viewers to step right into them.

Landscape photography is easy to do, but it takes a special talent to do it well.

The challenge is to take photos in a way that shows the essence of the natural world and brings viewers into the scene, according to Photography Life. The best photos demonstrate the photographer’s own connection to nature.
