KELOWNA - The internet service outage and connectivity problems Shaw customers were dealing with in Kelowna this morning have been resolved.
Customers reported problems with their cable, internet and home phone services on the north end of Kelowna, according to Shaw's support webpage today, Sept. 15.
Shaw dispatched technicians to the area who found the outage was caused by a faulty power supply, the company says.
Technicians have since resolved the problem.
