VERNON - In preparation for its new store opening in Vernon, HomeSense is holding a three-day job fair looking to fill a variety of positions.
The job fair starts today, June 13, and runs from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and then continues throughout June 14 and June 15. The job fair is being held at Kal Tire Place.
According to the store's social media post, they are looking for "energetic individuals with a passion for fashion" to join their staff, and those who understand the "thrill of the find" customers experience when walking into their stores. The store is looking to fill both full time and part-time positions as is advertising for store associates and store coordinators.
The store, when opened, is located in North Vernon across from Best Buy and Value Village. The company has previously said it is due to open late summer, early fall.
The job fair takes place at Kal Tire Place, 3445 43 Avenue, Vernon, on June 13, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., June 14, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and June 15, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
