UPDATE: Highway 97 reopened following incident near Summerland

PENTICTON - Highway 97 is now open to single lane traffic in either direction following an accident south of Summerland.

A motor vehicle incident four kilometres south of Summerland today, Dec. 19, resulted in closure of the highway until 9:45 a.m. Drive B.C. reports.
