KELOWNA - Highway 33 will reopen tomorrow night after a wash-out closed it two days ago.

Drive B.C. says the provincial highway will reopen at approximately 7 p.m. Friday, April 20.

The wash-out closed a six-kilometre stretch of the highway in both directions from Goudie Road to Cardinal Creek Road on Tuesday.

Until it reopens, a detour is available via the same roads although commercial traffic will not be allowed through.

For the very latest on the closure go to the Drive B.C. website here.
