KAMLOOPS - A 12-year-old boy has once again gone missing and Kamloops RCMP are hoping the public will help locate him.

Bryston Krug was reported missing Sunday evening, Aug. 9. He was last seen wearing a grey ball cap, black shorts and a blue shirt.

Krug is 4’8” tall and weighs about 90 lbs. The Caucasian boy has light brown hair and brown eyes.

While this is not the first time Krug has gone missing, Cpl. Cheryl Bush of Kamloops RCMP says they have an obligation to do everything they can to try and locate him.

“We have to be diligent,” Bush says, noting, “Due to privacy issues we can’t say anything else.”

Bush says the young age plays a big part in the urgency to involve the public but each case is looked at on its own merit.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Krug is asked to call Kamloops RCMP at 250-828-3000 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
