Half price adoption fees this month at B.C. SPCA

The B.C. SPCA has taken a bite out of the cost of a new pet.

Starting tomorrow, Feb. 10, the animal welfare non-profit will be cutting adoption feeds in half, according to a media release.

“We have so many amazing animals in our care who are just waiting for a family to call their own,” Adrienne McBride with B.C. SPCA said in the release. “From dogs and cats, to horses, farm animals, birds, rabbits and small animals, we have love in all shapes and sizes to adopt.”

By choosing adoption, a deserving animal gets a new beginning, and then more space frees up at the shelter, the SPCA said.

“This is such a win-win opportunity, and we are very grateful to Hill’s Pet Nutrition for their support of the animals in our care,” McBride said.

To take advantage of the half-price adoption fees – which only lasts until Feb. 26 – visit the B.C. SPCA website here.
