KELOWNA - Want to play a round of golf, but don’t have four hours to spare? Whether you’re a first-time putter or experienced golfer, you’ll have fun at 19 Greens.
Their outdoor 18-hole Artificial Turf Mini Golf Course is great for kids and adults alike. For those looking for more of a skill challenge, their 18-hole Natural Grass Putting Course is great for avid putters looking to improve their technique, or play a quick round.
19 Greens is located just on the west side of the Bennett Bridge in West Kelowna, on the hill overlooking Okanagan Lake. Take the Campbell Road intersection as you come off the bridge. The view from the course is one of the biggest perks at 19 Greens, especially when the Kelowna shoreline lights up at night.
The course is fully lit at night, so if you’re looking to beat the heat and fit a quick game in at the end of the day, you’re in luck.
On the Natural Grass Putting Course, game time for four people is roughly one hour and 15 minutes. The Astro Turf Mini Golf takes roughly 45 minutes for a group of four to complete.
If you have a big group of ten or more visiting from out of town, that’s not a problem. Phone at least two days in advance to receive Group Rates, so the more people you bring, the cheaper the cost is overall.
If you’re coming with less than ten, getting onto the course is no problem, and no tee time is necessary, however is it wise to give 19 Greens a call to check how busy it is.
For the putting course, rates are $15 for ages 13 to 64, $13 for Seniors over 65, and $11 for kids under 12. The Carpet Mini Golf is $12 for ages 13 to 64, $11 for Seniors over 65 and $10 for kids under 12.
