HUMBLE, Texas - Jason Dufner is all the rage on the PGA Tour without even playing this week in the Houston Open.
Dufner was at a Dallas-area school to help promote one of the charities of the Byron Nelson Championship. After sitting on the floor for a few hours, his back was sore and he leaned against the wall. That's when a photo was taken of the two-time tour winner.
Dufner is shown slouched against the wall, with a vacant look on his face as the teacher speaks to the children. Dufner is known for showing little emotion, even with a major championship on the line. But the photo went viral on Twitter, and it wasn't long before Rory McIlroy, Luke Donald and others struck similar poses.
It's now called "dufnering."
