Lottery ticket buyers have a chance to win a $70 million Lotto Max jackpot this week.

The Lotto Max draws are held twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays, and this Friday's, Oct. 9, draw will see a maxed out grand prize of $70 million, according to the B.C. Lottery Corporation.

Participants get three sets of numbers per $5 play. Each set consists of seven numbers from 1 to 50.

In addition to the jackpot, purchasers also have the opportunity to win 18 $1 million prizes.

Tickets are sold until 7:30 p.m. on draw nights.
