Five things to do in Kamloops this weekend

KAMLOOPS — It's finally Friday and you're probably wondering what you're going to do in the Tournament Capital this weekend.

Here are five events to check out:

The annual Brock Community Garage Sale is taking place on Saturday April, 27 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Make sure to stop by 986 Nicolani Drive on Saturday to grab a map of all the sellers in the area and free coffee and timbits. For more information go here.

The Kamloops Arts and Crafts Club will be hosting the Spring Artisan Sale Tea and Demo on Saturday, April 27 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dozens of Kamloops artisans will display a selection of art, craft and fashion at 100 Lorne Street. For more information go here.

The fifth annual Meet a Machine is taking place tomorrow, April 27, starting at 10 a.m. The family event allows for the public to learn about 85 different machines including forestry machines, boom trucks, excavators, mining machines and much more. Go here for more information. 

The Blue Man Group is in Kamloops this weekend on April 27 and April 28 presenting at the Sandman Centre. For information on tickets go here.

Menopause the Musical is a hilarious show coming to Kamloops that celebrates women and "the change" on Sunday, April 28 at the Coast Kamloops Hotel and Conference Centre. For more information go here.
