If you're one of many who are suffering through their own personal financial slump during the pandemic, an Okanagan agency has a project that may give your bankroll a boost.

Called Dollars and Sense, the Launch Financial Education Society is offering a free and, if desired, anonymous education program over Zoom.

Classes will run during the course of eight weeks and will focus on matters such as budgeting, saving and investing, credit and debt management, and your relationship with money.

According to the society, recent surveys have found nearly one third of respondents are seeing an increase in stress over money management as a result of COVID-19, and nearly 30% of Canadians are seeing a drop in income.

The next Dollars and Sense program begins on Feb. 16 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

To register, visit the Launch Financial Education Society website here or contact Jennifer via email at jennifer@launchokanagan.ca.
