PENTICTON - Poker enthusiasts in Penticton will get a lesson in knowing when to fold 'em when the Gambler's Through The Years World Tour rolls into the South Okanagan Convention Centre, Feb. 27.

Kenny Rogers, 75, will bring his famous tenor voice and a new 11-track album, You Can't Make Old Friends which has country songs of course, plus soul, folk, rock and even a zydeco tune plus a new duet with long-time collaborator Dolly Parton.

Rogers will also bring along old favourites that have made him a country-music legend, such as the The Gambler, Lucille, She Believes In Me, Coward Of The
County and Islands in the Stream.

The doors to the Feb. 27 show open at 6:30 p.m. and the music begins at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $44, $54 and $69 and are available in person at the Valley First Box Office, the Wine Country Visitor Centre, over the phone at 1-877-763-2849 or can be ordered online at www.valleyfirsttix.com.
