Vernon Mayor Victor Cumming is facing a tough challenge for re-election from two-term councillor Scott Anderson.
Cumming failed in his bid for mayor in 2014, losing to Akbal Mund. He took the seat in 2018 when Mund ran for a council seat instead.
Now Coun. Scott Anderson is challenging for the top job, after spending much of this term being at odds with Cumming.
